Hi Parents,

Its time for our first meet of the year! With the new year and new platform, a new process is place.

You will need to declare your swimmer online via the app or desktop. It is very simple. 

Click on  Meets and Events tab.

Click on Event Calendar

Click on the first Meet (Rockville at Twin Hickory)

    If the Meet Entry is Dark Green it is open to declare

    If the Meet Entry is Light Green you declared

    If the meet entry is grey/says closed it is past the time to declare. 

Parents need to declare before 10AM Tuesday June 3

After you declare, you can signup for your volunteering duties. Due to changes in team enrollment, families will need to complete 6 volunteer sessions this year.

You can either click on the button during Declaration and it will open available jobs. Please note the certified positions. Those have additional training and you will know if you are qualified. We are always in need for Certified positions. Please reach out if you would like to train.

Also you can click on the separate Job Signup button in the Event Calendar

If the Event Calendar Job Signup button is Dark Green it is open to select a job

                                                                 is light green you have picked a job

                                                                 is grey or says closed it is closed.

if they are closed and it is before the meet (aka missed the deadline) you will need to reach out to see if your swimmer can still swim or you can select a job position.

Attached is the meet info. I will also be attaching documents to the calendar entry. If you notice, under the Meet it has an attachment. Going forward all the meet info will be located here. I would check this section first.

As it is a new system, I may of forgotten something. Please let me know.
