Hello all and CONGRATULATIONS to ALL Twin Hickory Swimmers. With the victory over Ash Creek tonight, the team is 6-0 this season winning all of our meets. More on the meets in a future message. For now, I want to clarify practice schedules through the CHAMPS meet.

Wednesday 8 July - morning/afternoon post meet light/fun practices 
11 & up 9:00-10:00 
10 & under.10:00 -11:00
10 & under 5:00-6:00pm
11 & up 6:00-7:00pm

Starting Thursday 7/9 practices will be dedicated to CHAMPS participants:
Mornings 9:30-11:00
Evenings 5:00-6:00
These practices will be open and designed to work on specific items to make your CHAMPS races the best you can be.
